Alligator Lizards in the Air

We spent the weekend taking a quick overnight camping trip in the Westy to San Buenaventura - or, 'Ventura'. We didn't take the Ventura Highway to get there, actually, since it's a boring ol' freeway and Route 1 through Malibu is much more scenic. But I decided to quote it anyway because it's one of the weirdest song lyrics ever, and it played on a loop in my head all weekend.
Play it if you dare.
Anyway, technically the campground was in North Oxnard, but Oxnard, to my knowledge, has no song.

D23 Party

I was a bad mommy and took Amelie out on a weeknight for the D23 anniversary party. And there was beer...in Fantasyland. but it was FUN and there were NO LINES!
