No, it's a sing-along blog. Sheesh, it says so right there. It's Joss's experiment in non-studio based creative entertainment. Interestingly, the street scenes were filmed in the "New York Street" area of Universal Studios that burned down before we went. Anyway, yes, NPH is great on HIMYM. I posted this before they started charging for DHSAB, but I still think it's worth it. Though I haven't bought it yet. Call me a hypocrite.

they're charging for it? huh. They just discussed Dr. Horrible on Slate's cultural gabfest podcast, and I agree with their comments - the pacing is just off (I was getting bored about 2/3 in and had to force myself to watch the whole thing) and it doesn't feel like a web-based thing, rather a "normal" hollywood thing (tv/movie) that they just happen to be showing on the web, vs the truly web-based tv show, the guild, which was much better paced for the web (short 3 min segments) plus they acknowledged in the content that the watcher was isolated and whatnot. Anyway, just fit better for the web, you know?
